✅ Road base installed for loop road and lay down area
✅ Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing under slab in main building completed
✅ Foundations for the main building completed
✅ Slab on grade for main building poured
✅ Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing under slab for gym building underway
✅ Foundations for gym building underway
