Director's Message
Dear Patriot Families,
What an incredible November we’ve had at Libertas Academy! I’m so proud of all we’ve accomplished as a community this past month and grateful for your continued support and involvement in making these moments so memorable.
We kicked off the month with a heartfelt Veterans Day Celebration, which included our first-ever student musical performance. It was truly moving to see our students honor our veterans in such a meaningful way. Later in the month, we celebrated another exciting milestone with our first home basketball game—huge congratulations to our Lady Patriots for their hard work and dedication on the court!
Our community spirit shone brightly during our Thanksgiving Canned Food Drive, held November 18–21. Your generous donations helped support local families in need, and we’re so thankful for your kindness and giving hearts. The spirit of gratitude carried over into the 3rd Grade Performance of A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving on November 21, where our students amazed us with their creativity and talent.
We wrapped up the month with a fun and festive Rivalry Day on November 22, tied to our Winter Wonderland Event Donations. It was wonderful to see the enthusiasm and school pride as we came together to support an exciting upcoming school event.
November has been such a remarkable month, and I can’t wait to see what December brings as we dive into the holiday season. Thank you for being a part of these moments that make Libertas Academy so special.
Go Patriots!

Our Thanksgiving canned food drive was a huge success, thanks to the incredible generosity of our students, families, and staff! A special shoutout goes to Mrs. Russell’s 2nd grade class for collecting the most donations in the competition. Their hard work paid off as they earned the honor of choosing Mr. Cameron to dress up as the Grand Turkey! He brought plenty of laughs and holiday cheer as he trotted around the school in full turkey attire. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event such a memorable and meaningful way to give back to our community!
Our 3rd-grade students gave an outstanding performance in their production of Charlie Brown Thanksgiving! Under the wonderful direction of Mrs. Katherine Trask and Mrs. Lindsay Hurley, the students brought the beloved classic to life with enthusiasm, talent, and teamwork. Their hard work and dedication shone brightly, leaving the audience thoroughly entertained and full of holiday spirit. Bravo to everyone involved in this fantastic production!
Our 1st and 2nd-grade students amazed us with their Celebrations of Learning on early American and early Greek civilizations! The 1st graders explored the rich history and culture of early American civilizations, sharing fascinating facts and creative projects. Meanwhile, the 2nd graders transported us to ancient Greece with their impressive displays of knowledge, showcasing everything from architecture to mythology. Their enthusiasm and hard work brought these historical periods to life, making for a truly memorable learning experience. Great job to all our young historians!
Our 7th-grade students took the courtyard by storm with their live-action performance of The Tempest during their Celebration of Learning! Their portrayal of Shakespeare’s classic play was nothing short of captivating, with each student bringing the characters and story to life through heartfelt acting and creative staging. This immersive experience showcased their hard work, teamwork, and understanding of one of literature’s greatest works. A huge congratulations to the 7th grade for delivering such a powerful and engaging performance!
